I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor II, Master Addiction Counselor, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and a Certified Brainspotting Therapist in the state of Georgia. I am also a Licensed Tele-health provider in the state of Florida. I work with adults (18+), and have extensive experience treating a variety of issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, family problems, extensive trauma histories, suicidal thoughts, self-harm behaviors, alcohol or drug addiction and other difficult issues. Through my personal experience and the experience of people I have worked with, I believe that we all have an "inner healer". Often we have lost touch with that resource and need guidance in reconnecting to our deepest resources. I'm here to help you create and maintain optimal emotional and mental health.
