Hello! Thank you for your interest in beginning therapy. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina.
Some information about my practice: I am a believer in the power of talk therapy. My goal is to provide a safe space for each person to process and explore their own thoughts, feelings, and lived experiences. I focus my work on issues related to anxiety, trauma, relationship conflict, and personal growth.
I work with adult women, age 18 years old and up. I use a wide variety of approaches and believe that each person can evolve on their journey.
