Through trauma-informed therapy, I provide a humanistic approach to supporting wellness and development through cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness approaches, and somatic therapy such as walk-talk therapy. My goal is to empower clients to address obstacles in order to build resiliency, eliminate distress, build motivation, and maintain wellness.
