I am a Licensed Psychotherapist providing both individual and group sessions.
This is what I promise: when you walk into my office, you will have a safe place to explore their feelings and emotions without judgment, and through your work with me, you will walk away with a better understanding of yourself.
I believe that you really do have the answers and know how best to make the necessary changes in your lives. Sometimes, though, those answers are trapped and we can feel that we are unheard, which can lead to behavioral problems and isolation.
My entire career has been dedicated to working with children and families to ensure the best possible outcomes, from working as a tribal social worker to my continued work as volunteer CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for Maricopa County Superior Court
