I am Rooted LLC's mission is to empower men, women, and children of color through providing mental health services, motivational movement coaching, public health resources, attuning within spirituality, using creativity & balance. We work hard to eliminate mental health stigmas and modern captivity in the Black Community. Our values are Gratitude, Diversity, Balance, Integrity, Creativity, and Innovation.
