I work with Black women who are done pushing through and ready to actually feel different. Not just understand their patterns, but change how they live in their bodies day to day.
My approach is rooted in somatic therapy, which means we pay attention to what your nervous system has been holding, not just what your mind has been thinking. We look at where certain responses came from, what they protected you from, and what it might feel like to not need them as much anymore.
This isn't about fixing you. You're not broken. It's about giving you room to show up differently in your relationships, your work, and with yourself.
