Do you feel like life has taken you in directions that you have not planned for? Have you felt significantly overwhelmed? Has it been difficult to balance your emotions and daily experiences with your relationships? It is not abnormal to feel this way or to become overwhelmed. Speaking with a therapist can provide support, guidance and safety without judgement. It requires us to do what I like to call “soul work”.

I work with individuals, couples and families with a wide range of needs. Therapy is not a one size fits all design and because of that, I am always mindful to be in the moment with you. Bringing mind and body together, I will walk with you on your healing journey.
