Description
Through therapy, clients are inspired to look beyond the constructs of their childhood experiences in an environment that fosters transparency, honesty, and sustainable growth. There are two focus areas in my practice of therapy; self-care and shifting narratives. The most important relationship is the one you have with yourself, self-care is a great tool to cultivate and nurture that relationship. The other focus of my therapy is assisting clients in becoming aware of and letting go of narratives that no longer serve them. This creates the space for new narratives which in turn ushers in a new experience of life.
Utilizing a dynamic therapeutic style, that draws from multiple theories, encourages clients to reconnect with their bodies to create harmony and balance emotionally, physically, spiritually, socially, and physically. This happens with the use of mindfulness practices and personalized self-care plans!
