My primary experience has been working with college-aged students, emerging adults, and the LGBTQ+ community. I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and solution-focused interventions to effectively assist clients in addressing primary concerns.
