Some individuals go through a season in their lives that may be challenging and could require guidance. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I address presenting issues such as depression, anger, anxiety, trauma, suicidal ideations, and homicidal ideations, among other mental health concerns. I have training in the utilization of telehealth services. I work with populations from different ethnic backgrounds, gender orientations, and sexual orientations.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and other forms of therapy that would be appropriate to use with an individual. My goal is to modify my approach to meet my clients’ needs. I am here to provide support throughout the way. I am here to guide you through the process of reaching a growth mindset.
