I also enjoy helping to increase self- esteem and strengthen interpersonal relationships. I am known for my warm, relaxed and comforting approach to therapy which involves, genuine caring, acceptance & non-judgement.
Favorite approaches are: Cognitive behavioral therapy to challenge negative thinking and old belief patterns. Encouraging new thinking, perspectives and behaviors. Next is Solution Focused therapy to identify current strengths that can be used to work through current issues and elicit change.
