Accepting New Clients! Here at Beautiful Mind Therapy, LLC we are integrative therapists utilizing a variety of orientations & therapies, according to the client’s individual needs. We work primarily with womens issues and enjoy working to strengthen core identity, challenge perfectionism/people pleasing behaviors, and promote skills to manage anxiety/depression and stress. We also enjoy helping to increase self- esteem and strengthen interpersonal relationships. We are known for our warm, relaxed and comforting approach to therapy which involves, genuine caring, acceptance & non-judgement.
Our favored treatment approaches use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to challenge negative thinking and old belief patterns while encouraging alternative viewpoints, perspectives and behaviors. Solution Focused Therapy to identify current strengths that can be used to work through current issues and elicit change.
