Elease is a graduate of Radford University in Radford, Virginia earning her a Masters in Social Work in 2020.
Elease has a passion for working with individuals from marginalized backgrounds, older adults and BIPOC in higher education, utilizing a strengths-based approach and intersectional feminist theories.
