Whether you are struggling with grief, depression, anxiety, or coping with current or past traumas, I want to give you the tools to begin the journey towards healing. So often we can feel stuck in painful experiences or patterns of behavior that no longer serve us. I use solution oriented, cognitive behavioral, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients gain awareness and put therapy into practice. I approach therapy with the client in mind in terms of what may be helpful to achieving their goals. Whether that’s helping you sort through your thoughts and connect to your emotions, and or it may be focusing on the ‘here and now’ to address what’s coming up in that moment. I believe it all starts with awareness. My goal is to hold the mirror so you can reflect on what may need to change to meet your needs.
