How far have you pushed yourself before you noticed you were preparing to hit a standstill and require help? Being hurried through life due to circumstances? Many clients have expressed anxious tendencies when they experienced unexpected changes that required adjustments (new baby, job transition, relationship transitions, tragedy, etc.). Have you been experiencing an increased fear regarding anything? Feeling stuck or overwhelmed? That build-up can be added pressure to be explored with a therapist. Life is often busy with people tackling unending tasks. Non-judgmental spaces to explore thoughts and emotions can lead one to clarity. I am happy to provide that assistance using alternative methods.
In tough-to-reach places, people can feel as though they've exhausted their internal resources and emotional capacity and haven't been "Heard." I create non-biased spaces for them to navigate. I regard persons for who they are and what they contribute with empathy, authenticity, formal training skills, and necessary modalities. I demonstrate cultural understanding for various cultures deeming me culturally competent. In therapy together, clients are led to work on challenges and recreate themselves through goals that were collaborated on.
Past and current clients have embraced leaving therapy able to live more in their "Truth." Some clients admitted to therapy sharing urgencies related to anxiety, depression, unresolved goals, intimacy issues, self-esteem concerns, occupational stress, relationship stress, “Narcissistic” recovery, trauma, and interpersonal disputes. People are to be acknowledged and regarded. The “work” of being a human can be exhausting for many, but they are invited for a refreshing experience at Redefining Minds Mobile Services PLLC.
