We'll identify unhelpful patterns of thinking that influence your beliefs about yourself and the world around you, reprocess residual feelings and identify dissociative behaviors that sometimes follow really terrible experiences and I will bear witness as you rewrite your story.

I'm also a really great listener when you just need to vent about the really f'ed up day you're having. It can get really lonely when you feel like the people you love the most don't understand or won't be able to handle what you have to unload.

Our sessions will be virtual but a human connection is guaranteed.
