King Counseling Services is a Fully Virtual Private Practice for individuals 18+. We are licensed to provide services in the states of Pennsylvania & Delaware.
I work with individuals who are experiencing varying degrees of depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma which leads to (or is caused by) difficulty with having/maintaining healthy relationships. Essentially, I help survivors of emotional abuse learn to thrive! I believe in the importance of pursuing self-awareness and self-acceptance as a way to attain and maintain mental wellness. I help my clients do this by utilizing various evidenced based modalities to help them to overcome internal & relational challenges, accept all versions of themselves, and participate in their worlds with intention.
My specialties include: Complex Trauma, Attachment Issues, Substance Use, Emotional Abuse, Depression, Anxiety, Life Transitions, Grief & Loss -- GROUP THERAPY IS ALSO AVAILABLE!
