Let’s be truthful. Life can be challenging. Life can have you feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, depressed, and uncertain. Often at the detriment of your mental health and wellness; you will deny self, reject motivation, and function without gratification.
If what was said resonates with you, then allow me to pose a few questions.
If you could envision your best and most authentic self, WHO would you be? If you could think, feel, and behave more positively, more profoundly and more passionately...WHAT could you accomplish? If you could work toward achieving a life of meaning, purpose, and fulfillment...WHY would you wait?
As a mental health professional for the past fourteen years, I have had the honor and privilege of supporting clients in various stages of the therapeutic process. Favoring the eclectic approach to therapy, I view the client’s specific needs as primary. I enjoy seeing clients discover and unlock their full potential. It is my belief that the client is the driver, fully equipped to navigate their journey, while I as the therapist, serve as the GPS. I trust that you know where you wish to go, but may need a little assistance getting there.
I specialize in treating adults and adolescents ages 16 and up experiencing: depression, anxiety, school/work performance issue, stress, life transitions, grief and trauma.
Having received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Michigan State University, my Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix and engaging in various trainings on evidence based practices, my approach to therapy is rich and rests on the foundation of a caring and compassionate therapeutic relationship
