My ideal client is someone who is experiencing a shift, whether it's a woman adjusting to mid-life, motherhood, or being newly single; a young adult trying to juggle their personal life with a career and new responsibilities; or a couple going through a rough patch in their relationship. Many times, these issues can show up as Adjustment Disorders, Depression, or Anxiety.

I primarily utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered, and Solution-Focused therapies to help my clients make progress in the areas most important to them.
