I use a Solution-Focused strengths-based approach to encourage expansion of thought and possibilities. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to explore core beliefs that may not be aligned. You deserve to be intentional about the beliefs you choose and not at the mercy of what has been impressed upon you.
I do not position myself to be the expert in the (virtual) room but I will be your personal professional facilitator to help get you feeling and living better soon. While results are not guaranteed, most of my clients experience relief very quickly!
