Hey all, I'm Ebbie. I'm a telehealth psychotherapist in SC. I work with teens/adults and am trauma informed. I'm that therapist that ends up becoming the encourager/girlfriend in your head (my clients tell me this). Here are few additional things to know about having me as a therapist.
1- My consultations are called Vibe Checks. During the vibe checks, we get to talk and see if we are a good fit (for the therapeutic relationship). I also answer your questions and give you any needed information.
2- My passion is assisting people going through transitions in their lives (job, relationship, parenting stages, weight loss/surgery, relocation, health diagnosis, etc). Going through transitions can increase symptoms of depression, anxiety, panic attacks, and negative coping habits so that gets worked on too.
3- I love what I do! I am invested in you and want you to win 1000%!!! I commit to your journey for as long as you need me, and enjoy seeing my clients become better versions of themselves (that's what it's about right?).
