**PLEASE NOTE: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic all clients are being seen virtually at this time.**
My name is Tasha Turner and I am the founder of Dynamic Uplift, LLC. I see clients with varying concerns; depression, anxiety, sadness, high stress, trauma, and the list goes on. For some they've been struggling for a long time, for others these struggles are new, and for others they don't know when IT started but they just know right now they aren't their best. Taking a trauma-informed and resilience-building approach, we work with the body and mind to transform hurt to healing.
At Dynamic Uplift, we invite your whole self into the space as together we work to discover your best self. I practice from a largely somatic perspective which is a fancy way of saying working with the body! I firmly believe that by knowing our body and biology more deeply, we can experience healing and gain skills for long-term resilience.
What does it mean to be trauma-informed and resilience-building? It doesn't mean only seeing the positive, that's unrealistic. Instead we honor what happened, what's wrong, and what hurts while also exploring and building on what else is still true, your strengths, and taking control of your journey.
