My approach is caring, warm, and collaborative. I work with Individuals who experience anxiety, anger management issues, codependency, and depression from incomplete or damaging relationships, family, work settings, or major life transitions. I also provide grief counseling in the form of one on one counseling programs. In addition, I treat children with needs such as ADHD, depression, anger and grief. I am LGBTQ friendly; Poly and Kink aware. I create a safe and supportive environment in which you can talk about your situations. The Greene Project Counseling feels " your cry does not have to be loud, it just has to be heard."
I also offer a phone coaching service called 'Lunchtime Vent." These are 15 minute, mid-day sessions by phone only. Between the hours of 12 pm - 1pm and 2:30 pm - 3:00 pm. This offer you the opportunity to vent/be heard when you may need it most.
