I believe we all hold the answers to healing within. However, at times, life stressors, environmental factors, and traumatic events leave us feeling ‘stuck’, overwhelmed, and lost on our path. I take a collaborative, integrative approach, blending ideas from various modalities in order to support you in reconnecting with your true north. I believe the mind-body connection plays a significant role in growth and healing, and work to increase awareness of embodied responses while broadening your toolbox of strategies for coping. I aim to create a safe space free of judgment so that you can show up as you are - not the perfectly polished version you might feel pressured to be. I invite the exploration of anything that arises - no topic is off limits. My clients experience me as warm, gentle, non-judgmental, and having a grounding presence.
I received my Masters in Social Work from Columbia University. I am a registered yoga teacher (RYTT200) as well as a certified aerial yoga instructor. When I’m not working, I enjoy teaching aerial yoga, spending time with friends, and going on hikes with my dog Ziggy.
