Greater Self Therapy (formally Dr. Zerri Gross Family Counseling Inc.) is a boutique group practice that provides services to young adults to retired adults. Each member of the group practice embraces the idea that everyone can be supported to alleviate symptoms of anxiety, mild depression, ADHD, and underlining PTSD via a holistic approach that supports helping the whole person in a way that works for you via virtual therapy.
Dr. Zerri (Dr. Z) Gross has a passion for supporting driven individuals who are in the field of helping others in their unique careers (therapists, teachers, care providers, creatives) ; and experiencing stress, anxiety, lack of focus, and PTSD as a result of professional and/or personal transitions in life. Dr. Z takes a whole person approach to include all aspects of the person that are important to them such as race, culture, gender, sexuality, life roles, profession, and more as shared by you. There is no one right way to do therapy; which is why I use different modalities to support the person across the screen from me.
