***Currently accepting new clients. Are you struggling with the stressors of “adulting?” Trouble in your relationships, job and life stress, family issues, or trying to please everyone, and feeling completely overwhelmed? You're carrying your burdens alone and just need some support to make the changes necessary to find relief? If you see yourself in any of what i just described, I can support you on your journey to finding wholeness.

I pride myself on my flexibility and ability to center the space on my clients needs, and that means bringing into the space whatever the client and I identify as helpful for their growth, since therapy is not one size fits all. That may look like role playing, journaling, "homework," or processing past/ current events. Together, we will work to offload the stressful baggage, develop new insight about the issues, and collaboratively create the toolbox you need to successfully become your most fulfilled self now.

I provide individual and couples therapy to young adults(18+) using a relational approach with attention to culture, identities, and life context. I believe that even when we cannot change the circumstances causing us pain, we can still reduce the impact of the situations on our lives so we don't have to suffer through it.

It's very normal to be curious or have questions about this process! Please email info@adorntherapyservices or call 443-203-9006 if you'd like to learn more about working together and to schedule a phone consultation.

Through PSYPACT, I am able to provide therapy to 33 states virtually. Please call or email me to learn more and to schedule a free consultation!
