Description
You may be someone who looks like you’re holding it together on the outside, but inside you feel lost, misunderstood, or quietly overwhelmed. Maybe you’re tired of feeling “not enough,” or of wondering why relationships keep leaving you feeling unseen. You might not even fully understand why you feel this way — only that you’re exhausted from carrying it alone.
I have over 20 years of experience as a Clinical Psychologist, combining the depth of psychodynamic training with a practical, strengths-based approach. My style is warm, flexible, and affirming with a little humor thrown in when needed.
I believe therapy is a collaborative exploration of your life - your past experiences, your present patterns, and the emotional truths that often lie just beneath the surface. Together, we’ll work to better understand who you are, what you need, and what’s been getting in the way of the life you want to lead.
Whether you are new to therapy, are looking for a different perspective or are a mental health provider yourself, I bring a thoughtful, deeply informed perspective to our sessions designed to help you find the contentment and calm that you deserve.
