I am a child trauma therapist, a registered yoga teacher, and a certified spiritual life coach. I have been serving clients in Kansas and Missouri for over ten years.
I also specialize in working with youth who struggle with problematic sexual behavior related to trauma.
I am an educator who is committed to teaching others about a range of topics, from autism, culture, grief, and trauma, to diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging and acceptance (DEIBA) and dismantling privilege.
As a spiritual life coach, I help people become better versions of themselves.
