My goal is to ensure that each session is approached with empathy to allow you to embark on a transformative experience, uniquely designed to help improve your quality of life. I am a Certified Processing Therapist and Certified Grief Specialist that allows me to effectively assist in processing death as well as the "living loss" that life may bring. I also use a variety of evidenced-based approaches to address a wide variety of issues ranging from complex trauma, generational trauma, interpersonal relationships, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, identity issues, addiction, self-esteem, communication deficits, and much more!
