Other times, we simply need to step back and hit the reboot button to recharge. I provide supportive therapy and social support to address anxiety, stress, depression, and work-life imbalance. I am passionate about emotional/mental health checkups and self care.
I approach therapy from a psycho-social framework. This allows clients to explore both environmental and psychological barriers.
