Hi, I'm Dr. Seyi Amosu!
I am a therapist and community organizer. Put another way, I am a co-conspirator in change. I help people re-connect with their curiosity and imagination. Therapy is the process of coming home to yourself: connecting with your intuition, cultivating trust for your instincts and developing compassion for your emotions.

As a therapist, I focus on changing clients’ relationships to their problems. Together, we identify patterns that reinforce pain internalized from the outside world and discover opportunities for agency.
I have a lot of experience in supporting folks when they navigate endings and beginnings, and the questions that come up in between. Some of my other areas of specialty include Anxiety and Mood Disorders, Sexual Health and Reproductive Experiences, Trauma, Fat Positive Wellness, and Identity Exploration.
