Roberta is a doctoral-prepared psychiatric nurse practitioner (DNP) who graduated from the University of San Francisco, California. She is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who treats patients struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, ADHD, PTSD, and schizoaffective disorders. However, she is skilled at treating other mental health issues as well.
Dr. Roberta has over fifteen years of experience treating patients with various struggles. She has spent most of her life advocating and educating the general public about the impact and severity of mental illness. Her interest in mental health started at a very young age.
Dr. Iyamu believes everyone’s story is unique to their lifelong experience, so informed patient care is critical to her. She also believes everyone has the right to be fully involved in their care, which is why she uses patient-centered care in her practice
