Description
Life can feel overwhelming when you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, or the pressures of balancing multiple responsibilities. Whether you're feeling stuck, emotionally exhausted, or simply seeking a safe space to process your experiences, therapy can provide the support and guidance needed to move forward.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor, I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing a variety of mental health and life concerns. My clinical experience includes anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, relationship difficulties, parenting concerns, and emotional wellness.
I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy to help clients gain insight, build resilience, and develop practical tools for lasting change.
I understand the unique challenges that many Black women face, including managing expectations, navigating relationships, balancing caregiving responsibilities, workplace stress, and prioritizing their own well-being while caring for others.
My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel heard, valued, and empowered. Together, we will identify your strengths, address barriers to growth, and work toward meaningful goals that support your overall well-being.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel difficult, but you do not have to do it alone. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing, growth, and wellness.
