Description
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor and Educational Psychologist who serves children and adolescents and their families in Durham, Wake, and Johnston counties in North Carolina. I take a strengths-based approach to helping children and families develop the insight and skills necessary to meet personal and situational challenges; and, improve functionality. I enjoy helping children and families identify and achieve their goals. I employ elements from a range of therapeutic techniques (i.e. Play Therapy, CBT, TFCBT, Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology). I welcome extended family members, members of faith communities, and any other supports families want to utilize in the treatment process.
