My approach to counseling is to build a therapeutic counseling relationship that provides support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. My commitment is to provide a safe place of trust and to walk alongside my clients through the struggles they are currently facing and teach them more adaptive ways to manage their lives.
