Description
Deciding who to trust with your mental health is a big deal! We all want someone who is knowledgeable, empathetic, professional, and relatable. Is that too much to ask? I don’t think so! My name is Dr. Patrice Mann, and I am a Harvard and Emory-trained, board-certified adult psychiatrist, offering psychotherapy and medication management for Georgia (virtual and in-person) and Massachusetts (virtual only) residents. I take a holistic approach to care, regardless of whether you are seeking psychotherapy, medication management, or both. This means I consider factors affecting your well-being ranging from medical conditions, to the socio-political climate.
Maybe you are dealing with symptoms of depression, anxiety, or overwhelm that are interfering with your ability to truly be present for your daily activities, or worse, causing you to miss out on important moments? Or perhaps you’re showing up for everything required of you, but you’re feeling stuck or unfulfilled in some way?
I am currently accepting new patients, with appointments available 2-4 weeks from inquiry, and offering evening and Saturday options. I work with each person to create an individualized plan, combining psychotherapy techniques, lifestyle modifications, and medications, as necessary. My goal is to provide tools and insights for your most pressing challenge today, but also for you to carry forward on your journey. To see if this practice may be a good fit, please visit my website and an inquiry request, and I will reach out to you!
