If you feel like you are living at the bottom of a well after the death of your parent, spouse, child, sibling, other family member or close friend, then I may be the right confidante and grief counseling companion for you. I am Dr. Nyasha Grayman and your shattered heart is welcome here.

I have been there. I know the suffering of sudden loss on a personal level. I also have a PhD in Counseling Psychology, and have maintained additional certifications in grief and trauma counseling since 2020. Possibly most important, spirituality is my highest value and at the core of all I am and all I do.

You can trust my care for your emotional and psychological needs. With 20 years of experience, I am here to support you through your healing process. Your unique story and path matter, and I am committed to walking beside you with empathy and understanding. If you are ready to take the next step of a consultation, I am here to receive you. Just sign up through my Wisdom Counseling Baltimore website.

Finally, I am a private pay practice. This means that you pay for therapy out-of-pocket using a major credit card, HSA card, or FSA card. If you have out-of-network insurance benefits, you should be eligible for partial reimbursement of my fee once you have met your deductible. I use Reimbursify to help potential clients check their out-of-network benefits and process out-of-network claims for reimbursements.
