About Me
It is my goal to help you connect to what you value the most, even if you are unsure of what that is and bring those values to the forefront of your life. My therapeutic approach is non-judgmental, empathetic and caring but straightforward. I collaborate with my clients to help create the space for change through problem solving, growth and introspection.
Mindfulness, Yoga, EMDR, somatic therapy and CBT/ACT are among my most used practices. Lets talk more about the ways I work and how it can help you with whatever areas you'd like to address or grow in.
