Sometimes our thoughts, feelings, ,generational patterns and interactions with the special people in our families contribute to our moments of confusion, sadness, self-doubt, and heartache.I am a State of Florida Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who holds a Ph.D in Marriage and Family Therapy and an M.S. degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with over 10 years specialization in counseling, mentoring and ministering to individuals, couples and families who want to improve the quality of their lives or relationships. I am a seasoned professional with a career emphasis on treating women's self-esteem and identity issues, relationship issues, infidelity, emotional abuse, issues that impact spiritual beliefs and values, family issues, anxiety, depression, and other challenging experiences such as divorce, and grief..
