I know that deciding to seek therapy demonstrates an act of humility and self-love. I work from a tailored team- oriented approach with my clients to assist them in recognizing their true potentials and inner strength, which enables them to feel empowered and allow them to build on those elements to find their own path forward. As
such, I utilize an intersectional framework to honor and affirm how your identities impact the way you navigate the world.
Because all aspects of a person's life are connected, I take a person-centered and holistic approach, using various techniques to meet the client where they are. I specialize in treating individuals, couples, families, first responders, and LGBTQIA+ individuals experiencing symptoms such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, and relationship issues, just to name a few.
It is essential that you are treated with dignity and self-worth while feeling safe in all of your identities. My goal is to tailor your treatment using mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic modalities, among many others. I will provide a safe and non-judgmental space to help you work through your challenges and heal holistically.
I provide telehealth services virtually on platforms that are HIPPA compliant.
Although I do accept insurance—my self-pay fee ranges from $150-275 for a 45–50-minute session, for which you could likely use your Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account. I can also provide a SuperBill for potential reimbursement of incurred expenses so that you may submit it to your insurance company.
