Description
Hi. I’m Dr. Marsha and I’m a Psychologist. I have over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I work with individuals and organizations to address issues related to stress, burnout, and mental health, in both the home and workplace. Being overwhelmed by stress is not something you have to learn to live with, and there are many ways that you can conquer stress and prevent or reverse burnout.
A bit about my approach to therapy
I provide a therapy space that is safe, supportive, and free of judgment. Your therapy session is your time to be heard, understood, and valued. I use treatments from a variety of research-supported treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, humanistic, person-centered, and others. I meet you where you are and help you to develop tools to navigate through high-stress situations. Together, we will work to find solutions to any unresolved issues you may have.
What you can expect from our first session
During our first session, we will work to help you develop the tools necessary to conquer stressors and conflict at work and home. I am committed to providing a high level of service to all individuals encountered. My clinical experiences have provided me with extensive training in working with individuals from a rich variety of diverse backgrounds; cultural sensitivity, competence, diversity, and inclusion are factors I strive consistently to incorporate into my daily clinical practice.
Please Note: My sessions are conducted via telehealth only.
