Description
Do you constantly find yourself in toxic relationships? Have your relationships caused you anxiety or depression? It’s time for a change. Through individualized treatment, my goal is to empower you to face challenges that arise in life as you learn to develop and maintain healthy connections. My ideal clients are teens, young adults and college students who may struggle in their relationships with friends, family, or a romantic partner. I also enjoy helping couples learn to navigate conflict in order to promote healthy interpersonal dynamics. Therapy clients in Illinois and Missouri are welcomed.
If that's you, let's connect!
My additional area of focus is the empowerment of single moms as the Founder and Executive Director of a nonprofit, Hearts in Faith, NFP. For more information about available programs, please visit the website www.heartsinfaith.org.
