Do you constantly find yourself in toxic relationships? Have your relationships caused you anxiety or depression? It’s time for a change. As your therapist, my goal is to help you thrive in healthy relationships with your romantic partner, friend, or family member. Using an emotion-focused approach I will empower you with tools to improve your relationships and your self-esteem. My promise is to never sugarcoat the truth, so grab a cup of coffee/tea and come sit with me.
My ideal clients are teens, young adults, and college students who may struggle in their relationships with friends, family, or a romantic partner. I also enjoy helping couples learn to navigate conflict in order to promote healthy interpersonal dynamics.
I am a National Certified Counselor and a member of The International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT). I am also an Executive Contributor for BRAINZ Magazine. Visit my website to read my articles providing insight into relationship dynamics.
