Welcome! I’m a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who provides individual and couples psychotherapy services for clients residing in the states of California and Nevada.
My clinical interests include working with adults (18-85) experiencing current life transitions, depression, anxiety, stress, race-related stress, LGBTQ+ specific issues, self-esteem issues, grief/loss, aging concerns, communication issues, and relationship issues.
I believe that therapy includes three ingredients: reflection, healing, and growth. With these ingredients, YOU are able to live authentically and develop strong relationships with communities that you are connected to.
