Welcome! I’m a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who provides individual and couples psychotherapy services for clients residing in the states of California and Nevada.
My clinical interests include working with adults (18-85) experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, race-related stress, issues related to LGBTQ+ identity, career/work issues, life transitions, trauma, self-esteem issues, grief/loss, aging concerns, communication issues, and relationship/family issues.
I believe that therapy includes three ingredients: reflection, healing, and growth. With these ingredients, YOU are able to live authentically and develop strong relationships with communities that you are connected to.
