My approach to counseling integrates the use of Afrocentric practices, Mindfulness-Based practices, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. I specialize in supporting women who are experiencing challenges with self-esteem, work-life balance, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, chronic stress, and challenges with prioritizing self-care. I encourage women to embrace who they truly are while learning to balance their needs and wants with those of others around them.
