Description

Congratulations on your decision to honor your need for self-exploration and growth. I am extensively trained in the use of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and the use of Afrocentric practices as a form of healing. I am a Certified Daring Way Facilitator which means I'm extensively trained in the work and research of Dr. Brene Brown which focuses on working through issues related to shame and fear while learning to embrace vulnerability, courage, and worthiness. I specialize in supporting women who are experiencing challenges with self-esteem, perfectionism, shame, anxiety, depression, work-life balance, boundary setting, relationship issues, as well as challenges with prioritizing self-care. I encourage women to embrace who they truly are and to show-up in their lives both authentically and unapologetically. I also support women in learning how to better honor their own needs and desires as they attempt to balance their needs with the needs of family and others around them.

I strive to create a safe and supportive environment that allows individuals to feel valued, understood, and free to express their thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment. It would be an honor and privilege to be able to support you on your journey of self-exploration and growth. If you're ready to take the next step, you can reach me by email or phone to schedule a 15-minute consultation.
