Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to review my page. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor/Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor specializing in individual, couples, family, and substance abuse therapy. I also maintain a private practice in Baltimore County, Maryland.
With over 18 years of experience as a marriage and family therapist and a graduate of Iona College specializing in marriage and family therapy, I am currently a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. My areas of expertise include trauma healing, family therapy/couples counseling, substance abuse counseling, depression, and working with children and families with identified special needs.
In addition to being a prominent relationship therapist, I have presented at local conferences and to general audiences on substance abuse prevention and treatment.
As a trained EMDR, Brainspotting, Emotional-Freedom Tapping specialist, and Solution-focused therapist, my therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
