Learn how mindfulness can benefit your mental and physical health. Discover different ways to practice mindfulness. Create a mindfulness practice that works for your life. You'll do all this while practicing in a supportive community. The group will take place virtually starting Thursday 9/8/22. Donations are accepted based on what you want or can afford to give.
