My therapy model is short-term and solutions-focused, aimed at reaching steps toward your goals as soon as possible to begin finally feeling like your best self again.

Our services are offered exclusively online. This eliminates any commute and allows for convenient scheduling options (including evenings and weekends), with guarantee of the same effectiveness as in-person sessions.
