ATTN: I can only accept Anthem BCBS for NY residents only.
I am also in network with Point32 in RI.

You might feel stuck, misunderstood, or like no one truly gets you. Maybe you’ve spent so much time meeting everyone else’s needs that you’ve forgotten how to prioritize your own. You could be wrestling with self-doubt, imposter syndrome, or relationship patterns that aren’t working anymore. Deep down, you’re craving relief—relief from the anxiety, the overwhelm, and the constant second-guessing. Together, we’ll explore your story, uncover the patterns that have shaped your life, and help you rebuild self-trust and confidence so you can create a life that truly reflects who you are and what you want.

I help Black and Brown women uncover patterns, rewrite limiting narratives, and build self-trust. Using psychodynamic, person-centered, and integrative approaches like CBT and brainspotting, I offer a safe, supportive space to explore your experiences, reduce anxiety, and create authentic, fulfilling relationships and a life aligned with your values.

Feeling stuck, unseen, or overwhelmed can be isolating, but you don’t have to face it alone. Therapy offers a space to explore your story, understand your patterns, and reconnect with your true self. If you’re ready to take the first step toward healing and growth, I’m here to support you. Together, we can create meaningful, lasting change.

Group Therapy Details

I offer Ayọ̀: Remembering Your Joy, a 6-week virtual support group for Black women navigating burnout, self-doubt, and emotional disconnection. Rooted in bibliotherapy and community care, each cohort is anchored by a different book that invites reflection, softness, and joy.

The Fall 2025 cohort will read How We Heal by Alexandra Elle and will include guided journaling, breathwork, and group dialogue inspired by the book. Groups are virtual, offered seasonally, and sliding scale options are available.
