Struggling with feeling as though you are at a crossroad, trouble making decisions, maintaining a professional/personal life, and having limitation on meeting personal goals? I have a passion for providing individual counseling services to women who deal with anxiety and/or depression as it relates to work-life balance, adjustment/transition, acculturation, stress, self-esteem, & employability skills/career concerns. In addition, I am a certified integrative nutritional health coach, which allows her the opportunity to provide a holistic approach to care & be more aware of the challenges women have with anxiety and depression as it relates to hormone imbalance/medical conditions. I am is also trained in eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR), a treatment method that has been proven to assist those who may be affected by traumatic events and/or the effects of intergenerational trauma.
